We recently switched to Advantage Technologies as our new tech support and monitoring company. Change is always difficult, but Advantage has made the transition smooth and seamless every step of the way, going above and beyond for support, customer service, and customer appreciation! We generally get a response/answer from tech support within 10-15 minutes of our initial contact to them, and the issue is typically resolved within that time period. This is amazing for us, as it nearly eliminates any down time we may have had on the workstation that was having the problem! Additionally, just as a "thank you" for being a customer, they sent us three months worth of sweet treats from "Taste Trunk".
