I did not intend to write negative remarks about any place with any of my posts. But, sometimes stupid is just stupid and something needs to be said. This particular Tim Horton's seems to be worse than many others (which I frequent quite a few since I'm addicted to their coffee). The drive thru service in normally slower than most - regardless of what time or how busy they are; and they seem to mess up my order quite a bit. Today is not the first time and quite honestly I've tried to avoid this one as much as I can but it is on my way home when in that area so it's a matter of crossing my fingers for convenience sake. Today I ordered a maple sausage flatbread WITHOUT the egg (and a drink). The man repeated my order. Very good. Correct. And even though I was the only person in the drive thru at that time, when I got to the window the girl also repeated it to me as well. Although the tone of her voice made it sound as if she were confused. Regardless, she at least said it right, so I thought: great, 2 for 2. How can it go wrong? By not giving me the sausage patty and instead replacing it with the egg, that's how. So that would be the exact opposite of what I wanted. I find that surprising since 2 people, who I assume had not much to do seeing as it wasn't busy , repeated the order correctly. So that's it. A stupid mistake that really should not have happened. Just laziness. And let's be clear: I read reviews when a person gives a bad rating and I wonder: was this a one time thing and someone's just getting even? Because I don't care for that. It's cheap. And although it may seem I'm doing the same thing, trust me, I'm not. I've had plenty of crappy service at this particular one. But I think I've reached the point that I am going to completely avoid this one now. But I was offered a free sandwich when I called in to complain, so I will be going back there...

A very rude girl walked by me, after I was standing there for about 5 mins with no acknowledgment, and stated “you are gonna have to give me a minute!” When she finally came back, I asked if the Carmel macchiato was part of the Latte promo on the app. She snapped at me and said it’s not a latte. I pointed to the menu where it was clearly listed under the “latte” section. She just stared at me, so I ordered a regular Carmel latte and gave her my app to scan. It didn’t work and then she yelled at me and told me it takes 30 mins for the app to give you the promo. That is not true, as I have used it multiple times in the drive thru right after I activate it. At that point, I just walked out. I order a bagel belt on a cheese bagel and I pay and I am on my way, Well today when I ordered the same thing I was charged extra. When I asked why the lady said because I got a cheese bagel and they cost more. First of all, I have never been charged extra for the cheese bagel and second when I asked how long it was extra she said about four months since the "New cheese bagel came out". That is bull.
