Customer service is not a top priority. They found they screwed up lots of our orders & instead of contacting customers using the email and phone number they were given, they chose push the responsibility to a teacher to inform customers of an error on Wing T's site. This only works if all parents have access to that messaging app.
Email I got back told me I should have let them know clear back in September about their error on my order. How was I supposed to know until my child received the wrong product when again, I had no access to an app.
All it would have taken was switching out sweatshirts & a "sorry for the inconvenience ". Instead, the blame got pushed on to me and the teacher running the fundraiser.
