Just had the worst experience with this company. They dont care about their customers at all. First the husband told me it would cost $125 for him to out. His wife Jen then said it was $90 if you pay in cash and $100 otherwise. They gave me a Friday appointment a week out because they were busy. Then they cancelled the Friday appointment and gave me an appointment Monday morning.

Monday morning rolled around and they cancelled that appointment and said they had to pick up a washer and would be to me in two hours. Two hours goes by and nothing. Then they cancel that appointment because they have to deliver the washer. They tell me they will come after my 2pm dentist appointment and to call them when I get out. I make Jen promise me they will show this time and she does.

I call after the dentist and it goes straight to VM. 45 minutes later they cancel that appointment AGAIN and tell me they are coming Tuesday morning after their first job in Springfield at 9am instead. . Tuesday at 10 am I ask for an eta and Jen tells me her husband is sleeping and will call me when he wakes up. She Texts later that he's awake now and going to Springfield but will hit me up later.

I run a small business and had a deadline to get a working fridge to someone. I told them that and they did not care. I rushed home three times on monday to meet them every time they said they would be coming. They wasted my time and put my business on the line by not showing up when they said they would.

When confronted Jen said "Monday was her husbands day off "and they are busy. If its your husband's day off, then don't give me an appointment. Or honor your appointments. Its that simple. Such an incredible amount of disrespect towards their customers. Its...

Fantastic experience. Was able to schedule an appointment in 2 days. The technician showed up on time and was very polite and courteous and got right to work fixing my bottom freezer which the defrost evaporation drain tube had frozen up and was leaking water all over the floor. He cleaned all the ice up that had frozen on the bottom of the freezer, removed the back panel, and removed all the ice from the drip tray. He then checked the drain tube and found debris and mold in the tube which was partially blocked the tube and probably caused the freezing problem. He also cleaned all the coils, set all temps back to correct levels, and thoroughly cleaned the work area. This was the best appliance repair service I have ever had and highly recommend them. Dan is EXTREMELY helpful and very frank about good and bad ideas. I was going to ask him to come assess my (Brand X) dishwasher for repairs -- and he told me that that brand was garbage and I should not waste my money repairing it.
