Horarable customer care! I bought a sectional sofa with four recliners in it in 2018 from Farmers Furniture in Chiefland Florida. I have tried for months to get the smaller spring that locks in the leg rest when it's not reclined. Without this spring you can't use the recliner! Rebba twice received the wrong springs(large spring) and of course the second time before causing me to drive the 25 miles one way from Bell,she didn't check to make sure the springs were the correct ones! She said she would try again. And has ghosted me for I believe a month since including not returning my call. This is a catnapper sofa/recliners and I contacted them yesterday about my warranted problem that the retailer seems to be unable or unwilling to resolve for me on a product I paid about $1,500 for! Very frustrating to me a 70 year old veteran of both the Army and Marines who is only asking for what the warranty...

Everyone at Farmers had been so very sweet, they are helpful, courteous, and so friendly. I will continue to shop at Farmers. I have an account with them and an account with Badcocks. I will come back to Farmers if I need something. The people at Badcocks don't know anything if you ask a question and every piece of furniture I have bought from them had been trash. I have bought 5 rocker/recliners and they all fell apart within a years time. I am a senior citizen, no little kids around just my sister and I and I have fought with them over replacing chairs with springs sticking sticking out of them. And they were a year old and I was still making payments on them. I will never buy furniture from them again and they are. Shopping with Farmers is so pleasent and the people know about the things they are selling. I have not had the 1st problem with anything I have...

Bought a couch from Farmers Chiefland. I must say I am dazzled. From the moment we walked in we were pleasantly greeted by a well-informed salesperson (Ms. Heidi Roux) who took her time explaining the different products and ultimately suggested and we bought a reclining sofa. The delivery was easily established and they were timely and pleasant. When they arrived at our home they discovered a particularly difficult installation. Without hesitation they called their supervisor (Joe) who drove out to Cedar Key to assist them in accomplishing the task. The drivers Kieth and Chalmers were polite, careful and diligent in their pursuits. I must say in turned out to be a wonderful experience and we will return to them for all future furniture needs. P.
