Haven -- Chiefland Attic Resale Store — Local services in Chiefland

Outside of deluded, whiny, sour-grape reviews, like Chris D, who throw online hissy fits when they can't talk the employees into basically giving them items for free, I've always found this store quaint and pleasant. Prices are reasonable and the staff (which are largely volunteers) are mostly kind/ professional, the store is kept in a clean and the merchandise is in decent condition. I've been in the store when some customers rip tags off of items to try to rip off the store, and am thankful the the employees don't reward that kind of behavior. That kind of integrity is refreshing to see and reassuring to me as a customer, and keeps me coming back since more or less I can count on them all having decent sense. The VHS tapes I've bought from there are in great condition, they get a lot of cool Star Trek memorabilia, and the china is always beautiful. In many cases, the prices here are lower than good will! This place is a joke! Staff is rude and act unprofessional. How is this a real place? Prices are insane and the manager pricing things must not ever shop anywhere!!!
