I asked when the latest possible date was for my dress fitting before my wedding, and I was given a specific date. I agreed to that date, but I was not told that I would need to come in for three additional Saturdays after that. Had I known, I would have scheduled my fitting earlier. I already had prior obligations on those Saturdays, but this was never communicated to me by the business. The poor communication ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere. (Main issue) I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and understanding at this bridal shop. I originally expected one or two visits for alterations, but was told during my fitting that I would need to come in three times. Due to international travel and a tight wedding timeline, I can only come twice. I even offered to pay extra, but was still politely refused. I ended up having to book a last-minute appointment with a different shop, and now everything is a mess. The seamstress insisted on her rigid Saturday-only schedule with no consideration for individual circumstances. I expected more empathy and professionalism for something as personal and important as a wedding dress. Also, they never say sorry in person.

Brides-to-be, be warned: unless your life revolves around one seamstress’s Saturday schedule, you might want to take your business elsewhere. No bride should have to stress this much just to fit into...

I honestly cannot brag about this store enough. Hannah got a dress there that was a little too small. We went to the seamstress she claimed she cannot do anything with the dress. So two weeks away from prom a devastate kid and a dress that was on the markdown rack because she loved it could not be fixed. We went back to where we purchased it and the owner had so many dresses in the dressing room for Hannah to try on refunded the dress even though it came from the markdown rack, exchanged her jewelry they treated her absolutely awesome they made my daughter so happy. My daughter is not normally a dress fan, but when she said she had found her prom dress I couldn't wait to see what had her so excited. We drove up to She Said Yes and the ladies at the counter were very kind and made us all feel very welcome (Not an easy task for a dad who is surrounded by dresses and sequins!). When she tried on the dress, she wouldn't stop smiling and twirling back and forth and that is an amazing memory that I will always cherish.
