ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK...The owner is mean and nasty to employees and customers. She has no filter and in an INSTANT will go on the attack. I was verbally attacked while visiting, for defending my 75 year old mother who, at the time, worked there. The owner will admit that my mom is a great lady but STILL can’t help herself to be abusive. BEWARE , no one is immune to her wrath.

So to answer : yes I knew the phone line was open. I remember exactly what happened. You were on the phone and your wife decided to speak rudely to my mother. I told your wife NOt to speak to my mom that way and she lunged forward toward me , YELLING, from other side of counter ....We were a huge distance apart. I put my hand up to block from SEEING her face ( NO FINGERS lol) ... her look was scary. . I told her to stop multiple times. And BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY, I wanted out of there but not without my mom..... Then she said she’d call the cops. I said Go AHEAD. I was scared to leave my mom there. After she called me white trash among other things ....she then screamed at my mom to get out. When my mom was able to collect her things we got out of there,. Your wife followed us out and continued her tirade on the street. But you know all this bc you were on the phone.
....And if My Mom was such a terrible employee then the proper thing to do was let her go not treat her this way. But we know you bashing her is just way to make your case...

I guess the term rose colored glasses is actually a thing.I watched your wife jump into someone else's conversation uninvited,just like a bully does.Its a good thing you can review stores to keep people like you and your wife in check.The problem with society is people can do whatever they want,belittle an employee,a customer and nothing can be done.This at least brings some remote justice to a badly needed situation.What you should be able to do is level someone who gets in your face and screams, but then lawyers get involved .So now its come to this,a deserving one star review.Your wife jumped into a customers face and all you can do is lie about it,again you weren't there.Also after reading reviews,its seems a common thread,so no,its not just three people.Btw,release the footage,what people will see is an arrogant,entitled shop owner thinking she do whatever she damn well...

Check out Yelp and you'll see that she not only is horrible to her employees, but her customers as well. It’s a good thing they’re closing at the end of the year. The owners would like to claim there was an “attack” on them on a certain incident, but do a little digging on Yelp and you’ll see this is not an isolated incident. They’ve lost business-rightfully so- due to the abusive and unstable behavior of one of the owners. It’s laughable that they cannot see past the end of their noses to see they are pushing customers away due to their poor behavior. For every complaint, you’ll see that they claim it’s someone else’s fault. The common denominator in all the turmoil is them. Common sense leads you to the conclusion as to where the true...
