Main Street Marketplace and Meeting Place — Local services in China Grove

You are missing out!!! I don’t roll either jet-setters or industry tycoons. I’m not immune to inflation. I have a large family & feeding them good food has become difficult, if not impossible. But MainStreet Marketplace & Meetingplace has alleviated my guilt by providing a place that not only has the best food but prices that I saw when I was a child! They are a nonprofit, which is why they can get access to this amazing quality of food ! Everything is locally sourced from farmers. You will not find a single thing that has a growth hormone, a steroid or antibiotic.! And no matter what your situation is, you will be able to feed your family ! I am so grateful for this place ! They even have meal plans And a service that brings medication‘s right here (for those that might have transportation issues) Let’s face it. A significant population in China Grove is above 70 years old. . I’m so thankful that Main St marketplace is thinking about them and doing something about...

Great little market. Prices are sliding scale and an alternative to a food pantry. Shoppers are on the honor system to self select price category.

Selection is limited and rotates but includes fresh fruit, vegetables and local products including local meats. They always have fresh greens with a hydroponic garden on premises. Food and other classes are offered with a beautiful older house next door for programs.

Great under used establishment!!! The lettuce is growing on premises in Hydroponics. I’ve bought the lettuce several times Boston bib. Because it’s so fresh it can last up to a week and a half, unlike regular grocery store lettuce.
