Dollar General — Local services in Christiansburg

This place does nothing but run people off and lose everyone good that ever happens to them they need a bigger store they need a storage space but keep replacing Manager after Manager and you’re never going to get a good enough store. How about the corporate office meaning HR regionals and district managers take some Responsibility for their own actions and quit expecting one person to be 3000 different people disappointed in this place. A young girl who is a sales associate asked me this question “Do you know how many people realized the assistant manager was gone? Honestly not one but I bet you’ll get a whole bunch of questions about where the store manager went. Even on her days off that she used to have people would ask where she was and if she was OK .”

You honestly wanna know why she makes relationships with her customers she creates friendships she memorizes cigarettes and drinks she was teaching her sales associates and her leads how to do that so you guys have fun with the new one didn’t earn her way got pushed into her positions.
