Frustrated with constant issues when trying to refill my cats prescription. Every time I call, I have to give them my card over the phone, I ask them to save my card, they say they have, then I ask if they’ll text me when the prescription is ready, they say they will. Each time I order the prescription it’s like Groundhog Day. They never save my card or text when it’s ready, but it’s never ready in a timely manner anyways. Because I never get a text I often wait days before I decide to go check on the status of the refill in person, and half the time the person behind the desk gets wide eyed and tells me it’s not ready and it’ll be ready in a day or two. Meanwhile my cat has now gone several days without medicine. This week, I call on a Monday, give them my card and phone number all over again, and wait several days with no call until I decide to go check in person. I come in today, Saturday and get the wide eyed look and told the compounder comes back on Monday, it’ll be made then. So I ask “is the compounder only in on Mondays?” “No, she was on vacation all week”. Maybe I could’ve been told that when I called, MONDAY!? I have tried very hard to be patient and work around the chaos but it’s the same thing every month. Please let me know what I can do to have my prescription filled in less than a week, my card saved, and a text when it’s ready! Read moreI have been a loyal customer since they opened. Even stayed with them when I moved because I valued the service I always got. I called in my refills as normal 3 days ago but this time I got a call saying they would no longer fill my prescriptions be because my health insurance was not paying them and they were losing money. I asked if they would fill my meds ine more time to give me time to figure where to take them and they denied my request but assured me they would help me find someplace. I was assured that I would get a call back before 5 pm. We'll of course the call never came and when I tried to get my meds at the pharmacy they were supposed to make sure everything was OK, well of course it was not. I work 3rd shift and stayed up all day trying to get my medicine all to no avail. Once my meds were out of their place I was no longer a concern. I was a customer since they opened. The fact that I was not even afforded the courtesy of the promised call back, I feel was really low. So now I will go to work tonight with no sleep and no meds feeling like I don't matter to yet...
Read moreThe Pharm House is awesome! I have used a lot of pharmacies in my life but I have never been to one that is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Portia Thompson helped me get a prescription transferred on short notice. She helped with the other pharmacy and insurance to get it done efficiently and effectively. At another occasion, she took the time to go over in detail what medications were in a RX so that I could know what exactly I was taking and the effects of each component. Rarely, do you find someone that takes the time to work with you and explains medications so well.
