Cowboy Up Auto — Local services in Christopher

Took my 2017 Chevy Trax to cowboy up auto in Christopher IL today ! They had it open to close and called me an hour before close saying they can’t figure out why my blower won’t work in my car and they got it to work on only high speed so of course I was mad but took it well and showed up to pay for what labor he put into it and he let me remind you said the blower that was not working was at least blowing on high speed and I payed $156.33 and he brought my car out to me and then said after I paid that now it wasn’t blowing at all like he said and it’s not only still broke but I just paid him $160 basically ! He says to buy another resistor that HE burnt up that I already bought but if I brought him a whole new one and my receipt he would supposed fix it no extra charge but never refunded me or said sorry ! Worst situation I’ve been in ! Horrible to do this to a customer! On top of they left all my wiring and stuff thaT shouldn’t be left out hanging everywhere! We shall see if he fixes it if not we will be going to court ! I’m blown away I still have to working blower in my car...

I will give no star for this place! I am a business owner and recently had them look at one of are commercial pick ups. We drove the Ford truck there and dropped it off. It needed a tune up. When we arrived to pick it up the guy immediately told us he did nothing to the truck. Needless to say we did not get the time up we asked for , we got a blown motor. SO NOT TAKE UR STUFF TO THIS PLACE!!!! THEY WILL PUT BEBEs down n your intake so when you fire your vehicle up you have a damaged motor ! DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL ! I WOULD NOT TAKE A BICYCLE TO THIS !!!!! Something that was a simple job turned into a NIGHTMARE for us!!!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO NO OIL!!!! I WOULDNT LET THEM CHANGE THE OIL ON YOUR LAWN...

Had a serpentine belt replaced along with 2 pullys less than 3 months ago. I don't know if the belt wasn't routed correctly or the belt was defective. However when I called 2 days before Christmas explaining the belt was fraying horribly, they said we will come pick it up the next day. They did not, they called 3 days after Christmas asking if I still needed it fixed. I understand things happen but I was told when I took my vehicle there "I'd rather you complain about the price a little than the quality of the job". Well I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the job and was left stranded for 2 days...over priced and the craftsmanship doesn't back...
