Do not waste your money with this place. I took my wife's car there for a window tint job because somebody had recommended this place. I was supposed to get the car back same day, and I called them at 2:45 yesterday and was told that the car would be ready by 5:30. I get there at 5:30 just to be told they hadn't even started it and they would need to have it until the next day. I pick it up today and was not even offered anything as a discount for the headache of not having it done on time and losing the car for another day. The tint job is not the level I said that it was supposed to be. it is one of the worst tint jobs I've ever seen in my life with a million bubbles all over the car windows and tears that I can see in the tint. There are gaps in the tint film around rear windshield wiper connection, and various other areas. I will never waste my time or money with this shop ever again. What we got was not worth the $70 I saved because now I'm going to have to pay a reputable company to strip it, and then give us the tint job...

Called to see how much they would charge to install a touchscreen Power Acoustic Bluetooth. A guy answers the phone “big papas” & tells me that they don’t install that brand in cars. I said ok do you know a company that would ? He said some companies won’t touch it because it’s an off brand & to be honest it’s garbabge.

As someone who has never done business with this company I never will simply because of the comment. I’ve already purchased a stero and spent money that you are saying is garbage. Way to make someone feel terrible for their purchase. Once you lose face it’s hard to get that customer back. So now I have to tell everyone I know that Big Papas is Garbage

Where were you guys when I was searching for a stero? Way to lose a potential customer. How many more have you lost this way & what is one customer...

I came here for a new audio system in my Jeep. As I left, the dash board fell off... they “forgot” to screw it back in... then they “forgot” to hook the A/c back up.... got that fixed after another hour in the hot parking lot. Came back for a back up camera, that I had an appointment at 10 am for, was told 1-2 hours... EIGHT hours later.. pulled out, dash board fell off.... camera was not centered... on way home found out that my hands free wasn’t connected.... then discovered the Sub woofer wasn’t reconnected either. I will forgive 1 misstep, but this is a sign that their attention to detail is severely lacking. I would not come here again.... an indifference to customer service is disappointing, on top of the fact that whomever did install is plain...
