Shangri-La Dispensary — Local services in Cincinnati

My experience: my experience was, was that the team member didn't really have any knowledge of how to do the job in a quick time. I'm a great patient and I have a lot of knowledge of this medicine and I know that not in a bad way or being mean but that your team member made me feel as if she had no experience herself with the product just the way she came off. She spent way too much time trying to be proper when all she needs to do witch is important in any line of business, act like your supposed to be there. Anybody walking in could tell right away she is new and also new to the product or at least she made me feel that way. I mean no harm in what I'm saying but it ask for a review so I'm giving my honest review. It won't stop me from coming back but I'd like to see someone that knows what there doing serving my medication to me. Or at least someone that's supposed to be there. To me she was completely out of her element lol other then that great price on what I got and it looks amazing. First time visiting today. Must say I'm impressed, from the "you've got to come in." Color and layout of the dispensary. Down to the speediness and knowledge of products. That the bud tenders have. For Shangri-La to only have been opened 2 days go. They've really got there system down packed. Reminds me of my favorite dispensaries when I visit LasVegas & Denver. Lot is a decent size. Even street parking available. Products they have are top tier as well. Got the Gelato Cookies by Moxie. Straight Heat 🥵. Nice mellow smoke with a sudden and hard punching high. It's a hybrid mostly indica so I definitely would recommend. Also, I see people at other dispensaries looking for the Mike Tyson Brands, THEY HAVE THEM HERE. Although I only seen the bites. But, overall great place. More products will come in once they're more established. So please be patient if the variety of products aren't what your used to. Much love Shangri-La my new...

There was a pretty long wait before I was greeted, but I also get the they just opened and may not be fully staffed yet.

Other than the initial wait, everything about the experience was fantastic. Shout out to Deon for taking the time to answer my questions while helping me choose exactly what I needed,as well as educate me on what to look for in the future. They also have excellent rotating daily deals. The location itself is airy and inviting, and everyone I interacted with was really nice. I look forward to visiting again.
