Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Cincinnati

called for delivery, apparently they’re not allowed to “ring a buzzer” at an appointment complex. So they call instead when they arrive. No one told me this. Like you think the person answering the phone would tell the person waiting for the pizza “hey they won’t ring your buzzer they’re going to call you instead so have your phone nearby”. Nope, Didn’t tell me shit. So they called my phone (which was on silent) and instead of just pushing a button to ring my buzzer they just left. So I called the store and asked if they could remake the pizza (since at this point it’s been over an hour and it’s been driven back to the store and will be driven back to my house AGAIN) nope. They wouldn’t remake it. Told me “it’s been under heat lamps” sounds so appetizing huh? Nice old pizza sitting under a heat lamp. Yum! Then when I get the pizza the garlic sauce was open flipped upside down and the entire pizza was sitting in garlic sauce. it was so disgusting just looking at it made me sick to my stomach. It was by far the most disgusting pizza i’ve ever had. Dripping in lukewarm garlic sauce from sitting under the heat lamps. What a waste of $30. My kids didn’t eat it, I didn’t eat it. We all took one bite and threw it in the trash. And all they had to have done was remade it. Oh this was at 2 in the afternoon too so I know they weren’t slammed with orders. God forbid they have to remake a pizza. and I know they saw it marinating in garlic sauce and still let it go out like that. 🤮 Yuck! I’m sick to my stomach just thinking about it. Look at the photo and tell me if you’d eat this pizza. Looks like it’s sitting in vomit. NEVER AGAIN! I’m DONE with ever attempting food from this...

Ordered a hoagie with mushroom sauce, pizza sauce, and no onion about a week ago. When i got the hoagie it didnt have the mushroom sauce and was so loaded down with onions that the smell was horrible. I got a credit, well tonight i called to get my credit, reminded them of how i wanted my hoagie and when i received it, it only had mushroom sauce and the bun was burnt to a crisp. When i called back the "manager", CHUCK, was exteremly rude. He agreed to give me a new one. I sent my daughter to pick it up and the manager was very rude and asked where the other hoagie was, tried to say that he told me on the phone i would have to bring the other one back and he DID NOT tell me that. They offered it for pick up and when my daughter got there the door was locked. After arguing with this guy, being put on hold, and my daughter having to stand out in the cold and rain they finally gave the hoagie to her but the guy at the door said "make sure you tell him we cant do this again. How about this. NEXT TIME MAKE IT THE RIGHT WAY THE FIRST TIME. Over all, the manager was extremely rude and didnt want to hear anything i said. I WILL NOT be wasting my money here again! WORST PAPA JOHNS IVE EVER...

Ordered my food and the wait time was 24 to 36 minutes, over an hour later, no food was delivered so I called and was immediately put on hold for over 20 minutes before the line was disconnected. Called back and hit the button to speak with a manager on which was sent to a call center. About 2 minutes into the call, talked with a guy about what happened. Was told to wait until it could be handled. On hold for an hour before the call was disconnected. Called another number and was told my issues would have to be handled with that specific store and they would have someone call in 2 to 4 business days to resolve and in the mean time to call a different location so I could order my food again and pay for it again. Absolutely not. Papa John's will never receive money...
