We recently attended the World BMX racing in Rock Hill, South Carolina. We were thrilled to be able to attend and see our 9 yr old grandson compete. A once in a lifetime experience! Prior to leaving the event, I stopped to pick up a T-shirt, upon arriving at home, realized that it had a defect. I was heartbroken, with no way to replace it. I took a gamble and contacted the company,TB Products ,to see if there was any way to purchase another shirt. In speaking with Tyler, he informed me that the Worlds merchandise was enroute to Nashville, Tennesse, for a national race and he contacted his rep to have a look for another shirt. A couple of days later, he let me know that there was not a replacement shirt, but he did however have a hoodie and a tank top that would work. I let him know that the hoodie would be perfect, and when I asked about payment and return of the defective shirt, he graciously said there was nothing for me to do on my part. I received the 2 pieces today in perfect condition. Read moreAfter the Great Northwest BMX Nationals in Redmond, Oregon, our grandson was not able to obtain the trophy he had won for placing second in his category. We contacted TB Products with questions about why this situation would exist. Tyler Borgmann (COO of TB Products) contacted us and provided a very rational explanation of the situation and promptly offered to send our grandson the trophy/plaque that he should have received. His courtesy and patience was greatly appreciated, as was his knowledge of the BMX awards process. The award in about a week and our grandson is, needless to say, thrilled; as are we. In today's world, many companies are very nonchalant about customer service and satisfaction. We are very happy to say that TB Products is not one of these companies and we would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone desiring awards for competitive events. I initially left a negative review, but they convinced me to delete it—something I now regret, as I realize I was taken advantage of. One employee even admitted they didn’t know why my order was accepted in the first place because it was “too overwhelming” for them to handle. That alone speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism.
