The Lounge Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Reading

I've tried calling to speak with management but the line is busy. We went for our friends going away lunch. We weren't greeted upon approaching the bar so we just stood there waiting to order. Once we ordered our food and drinks, we sat down. About 20 mins went by and one of my friends went to the bar but didn't receive any service. I went up next and asked did the drinks come before or with the food. The bar tender stated she was about to make them. At this time she was stocking forks, napkins etc. She was also talking and looking at a gentleman's phone that was seated at the bar. I walk back to our table and we continue to wait. Another friend tries to go ask again and is repeatedly told "you're next". The bartender never started our drinks. Someone that walked in less than a few mins ago receives their drink at this time so we decide to leave. It was a total of 3 people at the bar, 2 had food, 1 was waiting on a to-go order. 4 tables, ours, one that had food, one that was working on their lap top and the last was the one that received their drink before us. Once we decide to leave we tell the bartender "we don't need our drinks, we're leaving" she says "do you all want your food" we say "no we're leaving" and the bartender says "GOOD". We were highly disappointed. We drove 45 mins, we heard the food was really good but the experience was complete TRASH!...

Let me just say The whole establishment is unprofessional! Everybody behind the bar got Nasty Attitudes. My first experience was horrible said I would never be back But my family gave me a surprise birthday party there yesterday and I had the same horrible experience First off when booking the place and setting up they was very nasty so I was told. All my family and friends complained about the service even the men working there are rude. You don’t like what you do find another profession ppl go out to chill have fun eat, not to slap bartenders. I hate to give black business bad reviews cause I’m always for US I love for us to win! However I’ve been going here for a while not often cause the customer service is soooo poor like they’re very rude I think I’ve only ever tipped 2 ppl solely off their kindness! The food is amazing, that’s what kept me coming back here and there, but today will be my last time cause they served me burnt taco shells so now it’s super slow. I feel like it’s a reflection of management and owners at this point cause I can’t be the first to state how rude they are.
