Luna Physical Therapy — Local services in Citrus Heights

I loved my therapist and got well with her. The company is deceitful though I have not had a session in over 9 months and they just withdrew my rent money saying I owe them over $600 when I signed up they said if I had a co-pay it would be $18. Please proceed with caution the PT specialists are great but their business side is unknown to the therapist and very unprofessional. I told them I am having financial difficulties and would make payments once we were stable again and yet they still withdrew the money. I heard other patients say the same or that they would just end their care. Maybe a different transparent provider...

I consider Luna business model a win for patients, like me. To welcome my PT specialist, Morgan, meant I was not required to drive to a clinic for treatment. no overhead expenses paid by patients reduces expenses. additionally, my PT Specialist, Morgan Munoz, was the most knowledgeable, and effective, practitioner I've ever worked with. She outlined a treatment duration of 2-3 months. She over performed. my right shoulder pain and limited range of motion were corrected after 4 sessions. she was always on-time and applied her skill much quicker than either one of us expected. well done Luna and well...

Horrible customer service. Not sure why my Dr referred me to them, maybe they do have in good therapist, unfortunately I can’t tell because they never sent me anyone. I was after a hip replacement surgery and for the first couple of weeks was in need for a home physical therapy. I was told that a therapist in my area will be in touch, but nothing. The 3rd time I called I was told that the service was not guaranteed but they will put my case upfront, 10 days later and nothing. I suggest if you have opportunity to have a different company to send you a therapist go with it, I wouldn’t trust Luna...
