I was the passenger in an automobile accident last year that left me with a lot of back and neck problems. I had never used a massage chair until receiving therapy for my injuries where they use massage chairs as part of the therapy. The chairs helped me a lot so I decided to purchase one for home use. Before I started looking to purchase one I had no idea the vast number of companies and different chair options there are!! I tried out several different chairs from different manufacturers and quickly realized that how the chairs fit differs vastly as does the pricing. I came across Floridian Brand chairs from an ad on Facebook before I was about to drive out of town to visit another store that had a showroom with several different chairs on display. Floridian Brand has a local Tampa location so I decided to call them so I could come by test the chairs they offer. I spoke with Robert who was very nice and he scheduled a time for me to visit. The Floridian Brand location in Tampa is their warehouse so it was not setup as a showroom, but Robert had chairs that they use for road shows there for me to take a test drive in. The day before I had just gone to a mall showroom and tried several high end chairs. Robert had me try out their highest end Floridian Brand Chair the Legend 6D Chair first and honestly I didn’t try any of their other chairs because it was a perfect fit for me. I told Robert that I had plans to visit another showroom out of town the next day to try some different chairs I had not tested yet. Robert offered me a great price, 5 years parts and labor warranty, and free white glove delivery so I decided to purchase the Legend 6D chair.

Robert got me setup in their schedule for delivery the following Tuesday. Ganzy and Phillip delivered my chair on Tuesday and set it up in the location that I wanted. They were very professional and knowledgeable about how the chairs work and provided us some training on how to use it before they left.

I had been using the chair for about a week when I noticed what sounded like an air leak. My chair was still operational, but I contacted Robert and sent him a video clip of the air leak noise. Robert scheduled a service technician to come out quickly to figure out what was happening. The technician found that a wire tie inside the unit had a sharp corner and it had caused a small hole in one of the hoses. He came prepared with replacement hoses and fixed the tie wrap so it could not create a problem again.

To summarize this long story, Floridian Brand Chairs rival the highest end chairs you will find and the 5 years parts and labor warranty is the best you will find by far. You can get white glove installation services from other companies for an additional fee but it was included with my purchase. Overall I am very satisfied with Floridian Brand Chairs and their service and highly recommend you consider what they offer if you are in the market to buy a quality...

Wow!!! If one word can describe this entire experience from start to finish this would definitely have to be my word of choice.. WOW!!! Our first experience was at a showing where we were introduced to the product by a gentleman named Ruben, very polite and well educated about the equipment. After falling in love with the chair my wife and I decided to further proceed with the purchase of a chair. We ended up getting the chair called "The Legend." I was a bit nervous about the entire situation because of the amount of money for a chair, however there was another polite gentleman by the name of Robert that reassured me that everything was going to be as planned. Robert a top notch guy has gained so much respect from me during this entire process, he was there every time I needed him or had a concern. He would reply back in a very timely manner. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. This company will blow your mind by the way it operates. It is like a almost too good to be true deal... IT'S VERY TRUE... We can not be anymore grateful for this company and what they have to offer. Upon arrival I had the pleasure of meeting Ron and Noel who very respectfully maneuvered this huge chair safely into our home. Ron and Noel also both respectful gentleman and knowledgeable on the equipment. This company is AMAZING, we HIGHLY recommend Floridian Brand to any and everyone. You will not be disappointed. After a wonderful experience working with Robert over 3 years ago to buy a massage chair, he blew me away again with his level of commitment to customer satisfaction. After having a mishap with the chair, Robert sent out his best technician, Brandon, to resolve the issue. By sent out, I mean flew Brandon out from Florida to Northeast Wisconsin to resolve the issue, for free!!!

Just had an amazing experience with Robert at Labbros! Within the last week I ordered, and had a Daiwa Supreme Hybrid Massage Chair delivered - shipped from Florida to Northern Wisconsin!

From the moment I reached out, Robert was wildly attentive - providing as much remote white-glove service as one could hope for in helping me confirm my choice, having the stock (even a Daiwa rep said there was zero stock left in America), while also being flexible with payment options! He even was willing to come up with the chair to ensure I had great service, but I had to drawn the line :)
