Please be sure to do several searches on this company. I wish I had done that before I hired John Garcia, the owner of Suncoast Glass. He overcharged ($325 for less than 45 minutes of work) for attempting to repair a window that was leaking. I contacted him 3 weeks after the "fix" because the window was still leaking. At first he said he was out of town for several days. After waiting for him to arrive back home, I texted him several times about scheduling a day to come back out. After no response, I called him. I think he answered the phone by mistake, but he said he'd come out 3 days later, mid-day. Well that never happened. Now he won't answer my calls and I can't leave a voicemail because his mailbox is full. After doing more research, I found out other customers have had the same issue.
