I recently purchased a 8.9mm 10KT 22inch semi-solid Cuban link from Liry’s and I must say the quality is beautiful and the customer service was very personable. I originally purchased a 20 inch and loved it, but I started to realize it was too short for me. I couldn’t see it when I looked down, and it would creep in and out of my shirt. So 3 days after, I emailed Liry’s to see if it was possible to make a switch. They completely understood my concerns and quickly informed me on the steps to initiate an exchange. Since there preferred method of communication is email, it did take a day or two to hear back sometimes, but that’s what comes with a family business, fair prices, and good quality stuff. After receiving the first chain, I knew it was well worth it. Although my chain is semi-solid, the quality such as the box lock, color, and links is still beyond what I expected. They also delivered both packages for free with 2-Day shipping and insurance, signature required. This was important to me as it was my first time ever ordering jewelry online. I was terrified because as a college kid who works weekends to make ends meet, I did not want to experience a loss of months of work. I must say it was a pleasant experience and once i’m ready and able to purchase a solid link/pendant, I will definitely be returning here. If you’re nervous to spend big money online like I was, just know this family owned business is reasonable and here for any of your concerns. Just be sure to read all policies online beforehand, and speak up via email or phone call if you need anything changed. They’re more than willing to help. 1st off id like to say is that Liry's has really great customer service. They answer all of your questions asap and they are very trustworthy. Their handmade cuban link chain hangs straight as well.. the chain is well made and overall I'm content with it. Wish I could have had it with me on my trip but they've pushed back the dates multiple times which they did communicate with me and gave me a slight discount on my lock so I won't hold that against them.

but speaking on that, theirs no option for 2.5 stars but the reason for my 2 stars is because of the sleek lock I've received. I've heard bad things about their box lock so I've decided to spend more $$ on a custom sleek lock and looking at this is very very disappointing. the worst sleek lock I've ever seen with the 2 knobs sticking out (nothing sleek about it), they don't even align straight when you close it and the chain is connect crooked so my chain kind of tilts when I wear them. Wish I hadn't paid extra for them.

I thought they were going to be like the 4th picture.. sleek and secure.. if the flaps were to be loose and they open up.. the chain would still be intact because of how they interlock vs liry's on the 5th picture.. once its loose and the pins are out.. everything...
