We ordered a dozen queens on very short notice in July. Kimberly was very accommodating and moved heaven and earth to have our order shipped on time. Their customer service is among the best we've ever experienced, and we can highly recommend them in that regard.
"Okay so the service is great, but what about product quality?" you ask.
If anything, the product quality outshines their already stupendous customer service rating. All twelve queens arrived in a well-ventilated, securely packaged box and were all alive and well. Other queens we purchased from other suppliers seemed "droopy" when they arrived - not these. Every one was lively and looked healthy.
"Okay so their service and shipping are great, but are the queens any good?" You ask, and rightfully so.
These queens are rockstars. They command their space on the frame and have a very solid, impeccable brood patterns in our four frame nucs (We added a picture of a brood frame to the review as proof of this - this is the picture where I'm wearing gloves). We could not ask for better queens. One thing that remains to be seen is their winter survivability, but given how amazing they are in every other aspect, we see little chance that they will come up short in this regard.
To summarize: great service, great products, you should buy from them.
Update May 2021: we still have several queens we purchased back in July 2019 and have integrated them into our main genetic line. Even now, these queens are rockstars and laying beautifully (picture attached for proof). We couldn't be happier with...

Installed in the hives immediately upon getting home and one of the nucs was filled with dead bees. About half the bees were dead. Reached out via email and phone several times since then about my concern and how we can rectify the situation. So far I’ve been completely ignored. VERY poor customer service especially after spending over $1000 in their store to get my entire setup. I would have expected a response and some offer to rectify the situation. Not to mention, it appears the hive is without a queen.
In addition, after picking up my hives but prior to picking up the bees I called and emailed with questions with...

Their honey is smooth and rich with a nice even finish that isn't overtly floral and doesn't have that 'bite' that some other regions' wildflower honeys tend to have. After tasting my free sample, I immediately bought 5 gallons.
Ben is a friendly, knowledgeable apiarist who happily answered all of my questions. I was pleasantly surprised at the low prices he is currently charging. Unless I move again, I won't look anywhere...
