It’s so true what the previous review said. They hide from you when there is a problem with furniture damage and never return your calls. They want to charge the customer for everything, Even if you cancel and item before you pick it up. Terrible policy’s in place only to favor them. I would never write a review about someone I have been doing business with for 22 years but recently I had a terrible experience with 2 employees there and This has to be seen by the owner Susan.
I have bought over $5 million worth from them in 22 years and I am one of the biggest accounts they have. Yet I was treated with disrespect from both OLGA and ELIZABETH.
This whole thing started because I wanted to remove 2 items off of my order before we picked it up and they agreed to do it after asking to speak to a manager.
The next time we ordered, we found out our account was red flagged and we could no longer pre pull our order because they did us a favor and didn't charge us a restock fee. That would be no problem at Coaster, Acme, OR furniture of America. They value the customer a lot more and bend over backwards to keep your business.
Today when I called them to order, I found my account had been closed. Really in this economy, You close one of your biggest accounts because you were mad I sent letters to the owners? Thats OLGA for you. Did you even ask the owners if you can close a major account?
Poundex does not do anything to help you. Even if you have been a customer for 30 years. The quality of the furniture is really cheap but pricing is why we buy it when a customer wants "CHEAP"
They will never ever help you or take anything back without charging you a restocking fee, even if it was damaged before you get it. The items are OK, for the price but the customer service it the worst you will every see.
I believe OLGA and ELIZABETH are working together to destroy the poundex name and reputation. They have already cost poundex many accounts and OLGA hides this from the owners. I will one way or another get the attention of the owners to call me so I can explain the way I was treated.
There are many options to buy the same things from other vendors and you get amazing customer service.
It would be hard for me to believe the owners know about c Poundex can not stand behind their customer. Probably gonna close if they dont get rid of the 2 clowns...

We found a sectional that seemed comfortable and we asked questions about it, wanting to make sure it was for a family of 4 with 2 children. Wear and Tear Daily. Let me remind you the couch before this lasted 7 years from Living Spaces, cost us $950. Now we bought a couch that was this brand and it cost us same would think we would have same results..Nope barely shy of a year and it’s done.
Nope, this couch has fallen apart in so many places first my daughter laid down on the side of couch normally meant to put pillow against it and broke completely off could of been worse and hurt her we are lucky it did not to a 11 year old.
Then the same area has a sink hole in it the pillow tops that are able to come off that you sit against are not fluffy at all anymore! A complete ———— of a couch: horrible!
We asked the store if they think manufacture would replace it they said no only 6 months of warranty and won’t even give us half our money back! It’s horrible customer service if you stand behind your product. Give us a new couch this might be a lemon!

Cheap prices for cheap quality furniture. Reaching out to them is a nightmare especially if you have a problem. They make returning defective or bad parts a huge issue. Only allow for credit(even if the parts is bad or wrong from them!)most staff there have a huge attitude problem, I'm unaware of the new staff as I haven't spoken to them since I left about a year ago. I'm not sure who Olga is as I've been lied to many times by the staff there claiming she's the supervisor and then told she's the manager. Why lie if you didn't have something to cover up? They intentionally hang up the phone on your face if you ask them to transfer or have important questions. I'd give this company -100 stars if I could as they couldn't care less of customer satisfaction and only care about their lunch time and gossiping behind the counter.
