Had a traumatic experience doing business with them online! So I bought the Norev Porsche 992 GT3RS from them alongside with the personalized plate.

I waited this package for about 2 and almost 3 weeks… When the item arrived, it came with the package labeled from China, and when I opened the package, everything seems normal at first, since it was packed neatly and there was a plastic that covered the box where the die cast is..

Then I started to open the plastic and get into the item. However, I couldn’t find any of the personalized plate that I paid for like around $5 something! Then when I inspected the car, it has several scratches & there are some dents around the doors as well!

I complained to them that the item that came to me arrived damaged + I did not received any of the personalized plates!

Seller emailed me to just return the item, which that’s what I’ve been wanting to do with no brainer! So then the seller provided me the return label!

I asked the seller if they have a barcode return label so I don’t have to go print it and inconvenient myself just to do it, but seller said they don’t have it, so its okay.. Then I just ended up paying $3.21 to get that label printed!

I went to UPS, get the label printed, and drop off the item so they can send it back to the seller..

Then couple days later, I asked seller to refund the money back, since I have alrd send the item back to them. Yet, they told me they will not gonna refund me any money before the item has arrived to their front door, which is acceptable..

It was on Saturday the 9th on December, the tracking said it was delivered on 10:19am at Front Door.. And seller did not reply my email, I am still fine with it, since it was on weekends..

Seller and then replied me to send them the tracking number, and could not refund me due to that the item has not arriving yet!

And it was today on Tuesday the 12th, I emailed them that I have sent the item back to them, tracking says it has been arrived since the 9th… And the seller still asks me for tracking number & told me on which address did I sent this item to? Literally what I only did was to print the shipping label that they gave me, put it onto the package, and send it to them…. But they kept saying they did not receive the item and did not wanna refund me any money!

Without any hesitation, I opened a dispute case through paypal, and I won the case right away!

I didn’t really care about the money, it’s actually just a small money! What I care? My time is more important than I have to spend more than I just have to write this review! My time to return the item, I have to drive myself to UPS, inconvenient myself just to buy and then returning this piece of junk! And mostly, the FACT that I waited this item for almost a month, and it turned out to be TRASH, and what I ordered came differently than what I was expecting! The personalized plate didn’t came, the item came damaged, and customer service was absurd and very poor! The reason why I bought the item from them, instead of eBay, which costs significantly cheaper than what their price tag is, so I can have a piece of mind, knowing that they have a store in the US, and surely will give me better quality product and services! Which that was not what I got, instead I got my time wasted by them! I WILL NEVER EVER GONNA EVER DO BUSINESS WITH...

Okay so I’ve ordered 3 things from this site around the same time. One is a preorder so I know there will be a delay with that with not knowing exact release dates. However I did order 2 1/18 scale models. A Porsche and a corvette. The Porsche from my understanding was coming from their overseas warehouse and was ordered on 9/27. So I’m aware some time may be needed to handle that. They did list the item as shipped and with tracking but it hasn’t updated since 10/2. I’ll give that some more time. But for the price of shipping, not sure why it does take so long. And lastly, the corvette. I will disclose it is a damaged/clearance item and I’m okay with that. That arrived today and was ordered on 10/2. That item however was in the US. Shipping time was ok, but still kinda long. The item did arrive as described mostly. The main issue with the car was the mirrors and rear wheels are not attached. There was no mention of the wing being loose and missing the clear piece in the center. Also no mention of the front conards missing. However, I’ll let that pass since I did review the images closely before buying. So if anyone does decide to buy a damaged model from them, either reach out and verify the damage or closely inspect the images and know what you’re buying. The overall buying experience was good and customer service is responsive. I only give them 4 stars due to shipping time and cost. But I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for models cars, especially if they are hard to find. They have a HUGE selection of models and a lot I’ve never seen before, like that Porsche I bought. Overall, great...

I ordered a 1:18 scale Audi A3 diecast model car in white for my boyfriend. I paid extra for the custom plates as well to mimic his vehicle. I place this order on November 2nd and heard nothing from them. (It was three weeks with no update) So I emailed customer service earlier this week and they told me the item was out of stock. They asked if I wanted another colour or a refund so I asked for the refund as it would defeat the purpose of getting it in a different colour. Since I live in Canada the exchange rate did not even compensate the amount I originally paid with the conversion. So essentially I just lost money. I would have also been fine with getting the one I ordered once restocked and I asked about this option but they ignored it. I already bought a display case from else where too so I wasted another 100 dollars on that. Very disappointed. Be cautious when ordering from here so that you don’t run into the same issues.

UPDATE: They did refund the difference of the currency exchange, so I am happy with that. Also, Rosa has been very responsive and helpful in...
