Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in City of Lackawanna

Anytime I visit this store, which is often bc I have been a customer since 2017 I believe and we have 4 lines and our home internet from Metro PCS. We are always adding devices and we go in most of the time to pay our bill. Adeeb, who I have the pleasure of doing most of my transactions with….is AMAZING!! He has fantastic customer service skills. He is extremely friendly and he always goes above and beyond to make sure we get the best possible service AND discounts. He’s never in a rush. To him, it’s definitely all about the customers satisfaction!! There has not been one single time that I’ve gone to this store and haven’t been treated with the up most respect by all employees. I even had to ask Adeeb once if he was the owner bc he actually cares that much, that we leave a happy customer. If I could give this store 10 stars I would. All the employees are great! Have to definitely give the young lady that works there props as well, she is very personable..we just happen to see Adeeb the most when dealing with promotions. Store is very welcoming and clean. Only Metro store I’ll go to. Great job guys!!!

PS and obviously I love having them as my phone and home internet service, hence being a customer for as long as I have. Whenever I did have in issue it was always solved...

make sure u get an itemized receipt.i was over charged by about 7% and i think it was cuz the guy noticed i was having a challenging day as i broke my phone and i was there getting a new one.even tho they say they only charge 10$ to activate over the 25 at other stores an extra 5.08 was charged for idk wat.so just watch the bill.otherwise i wud say theyre nice enough.prices on with...

I'm very happy to say that the experience that I had the other day in the store was just so helpful and very good customer service if I could give more stars I definitely would give at least triple the stars that they offer to give the employee was the nicest employee that I've ever met anywhere for a phone place and all it was a great experience and she definitely deserves a raise...
