Dollar Tree — Local services in City of Mount Vernon

Update 10-7-23 I checked this Dollar Tree location again and was very surprised to see clean shelves and floors. Employees were actively cleaning while I was there. Such an improvement. This Fulton Avenue location, and maybe all Dollar Tree stores, is permanently removing all food items. A cashier told me this.

Update 6-29-20 I won't shop at this location anymore. It is not clean. The floors are absolutely filthy. The owner should close for a day or two and clean the place. It is disrespectful to customers.

Love a good $1 store! This one always has something that makes you realize you've been paying too much elsewhere. Favorites: wrapping paper & gift bags, generic dishwasher pods, frozen vegetables (especially when it's steamable and/or Birds Eye), reading glasses....The birthday balloon I got there lasted 2 weeks! Lines are way too long. Shelves, products not maintained as well as should be. Where is management at this store? While I waited 23 minutes on a ridiculously long line I saw 8 customers put down their purchases and walk out! One if the carts had at least $30 worth of merchandise! I know that everything is a dollar, but here's a reality check, dollars add up quickly! Money is walking out the door of this store and your management is allowing this to happen! Believe that if people are disgusted enough by your subpar operation, they won't come back and they will spread the word about you inept running of this particular Dollar Tree. Can you really...

A mess....i have been to so many dollar stores and by far this is the most unorganized...everything is all over the place. Its really sad that in our neighborhood they put all these stores, but not enforce any kind of responsibility to the management, cashiers....just bodies to work. Giving us the bare minimum. It is our money and purchase that keep these stores running! If we demanded better, and stand on not spending until we seen better....it may make a dent! But who am i kidding. Its so many poverty area's in this town. As long as they can get some juice/bread/lunch meat for 5$ it will always have...
