I went to the library because I wanted to schedule tax help (for AARP members) I couldn't get through on the phone, after 5 different attempts. The library is old, as most libraries are. When you enter from either side of the building, you have to go to the second level, which is the main level. I encountered three employees while there. All were cooperative and the gentleman in the reference area was extra helpful, taking me directly to the sections that I needed (wanted to pick up some travel books while I was there) The computer area is right near the entrance. Read moreI paid a late fee $140 dollars for a few late movies I was moving at the time and forgotten to turn them in...we found the DVDs paid the balance, gave it to a young lady behind counter she seemed she knew what she was doing...that was in 2011 come to find out she never updated my daughter's information in the system...still shows I owe...I'm not paying it again my daughter was not even in kindergarten yet now shes in the 9th grade and can not check out books because of this. The computer lab is small and they run out of computers quickly. And I don't really care for the people who work there.
