He will ALWAYS make time to talk with you and explain the "DO's and DONT's". I went to this stereo shop a couple of weeks ago to have my Sirius XM antenna reattached after my windshield was damaged. Two weeks later the antenna is flopping around my dashboard and the signal keeps coming in and out.
