Lord & Andra Gallery — Attraction in City of New Rochelle

This was the worst experience i ever encountered, i would never recommend this lady and her “ business “ to anyone . She very unprofessional and unorganized. The only way to communicate with her is by taking time out of your day even though she has a working cellphone that’s always in her hand when I go to her store to see her. It was my daughter’s 4th birthday and I wanted to do something new and special for her but it didn’t turn out that way. She promised multiple things for that day which she did not deliver. For example she promised 3D bows to complete the end of the art piece and when we ask her workers they didn’t even know what I was talking bout. Another example when once again I had to go her store to talk to her , I ended up seeing how the art piece would look and it was nothing like the picture I texted her of what I wanted she then went on to say I didn’t text her a picture of what I wanted that’s why she freestyle but looking at our text messages she responded back to the text confirming the design with the 3D bow. Another reason why I say she’s unorganized. Last but not least the day of setting up i asked her a question about the canvas because the she promised me she would get new boards which she did not next thing you know she starts screaming, clapping her hands in my face, saying this is why she does not work with black people.There’s so much more i could say but to sum this up don’t go there at all...

Such a shame! I purchased tickets on Groupon to celebrate my Mom's birthday! Before I purchased the ticket, I emailed the gallery to verify everything and was told to purchase the ticket and come the next day at 8pm to use it. My mom and I were excited. We arrived Friday at 7:45, waited till 8:30, called, left messages, emailed and no response. There were two other people waiting as well. After 8:45pm we gave up and left. It is such a shame and a real disappointment. This was suppose to be a birthday celebration and it was ruined. Thank you.

My advice, don't buy on groupon and don't expect reliability. I would think after confirming we would be all set, but no. No call, no show. Again, HUGE...

Went last night with my mom & we had such a great time!! The owner & instructor Andra and her assistant Diamond were attentive, patient and super sweet and welcoming. Good for a private party and intimate beautiful gallery. Class was small, which was perfect, didn’t feel rushed, music and drinks in hand made for a great Friday night for my mom & I. Great location just off Main St in New Rochelle - metered parking but...
