Greg Watson is an excellent audiologist--thorough, professional, and speaks clearly and distinctly. BUT the scheduling system at the Olean office is erratic. The first time I drove 40 minutes to discover that my appointment (for which I had a card) had been shifted to a week later and at a different time with no notice, I put it down to early days in a new practice. Today, half a year later, when the same thing happened the receptionist said it was not her fault, we must be wrong (I have a card with today's date and appt time which I had left at home), that the appointment was NEXT week, at a different time. To add insult to injury she kept calling me "Miss Linda"--I'm in my seventies, married (my hearing-normal husband was with me), and have a PhD. It was clearly a mistake not to shop around more...

My wife has just recently purchased her second pair of hearing aids from Dr. Andrzejewski and has been completely satisfied with her experience. While at her office I mentioned that my left hearing aid wasn't working due to a broken wire on the inner ear receiver and that I was going to have to make an appointment with the VA in Buffalo to get it taken care of; Renee replaced it for me at no charge. A few weeks later when my wife and I went back in to pick up her new hearing aids, my right one appeared to have a non functional microphone, she again repaired it for me, and again at no charge. While visiting Bradford, PA over the Thanksgiving holiday I realized that I had not packed my husband's hearing charger. Ten days without my husband being able to hear would have been an absolute nightmare. I frantically began calling hearing aid companies and audiologists in the area in hopes of borrowing, renting, or buying a hearing aid charger or new hearing aids. My fourth call resulted in a referral to Renee Andrezejewski at Audiology Solutions, PLLC. I called Renee, who not only carried my husband's brand of hearing aids, but gave us a charger free of charge. She was a godsend! Her attention to our needs (a couple from Michigan) is clearly an indication of the level of service her local patients can expect. I would highly recommend her.
