China Garden — Restaurant in City of Olean

What used to be one of the better restaurants in the area has turned into the worst! Spent $27 on two crab rangoons and two egg rolls even though I had also ordered vegetable lo mein and another egg roll that I never received the crab rangoons were both dry and hard enough that it caused one of them to chip my sister's tooth you were obviously cook way later and I've been sitting around under a heat lamp all day and to top it off this week and sour sauce had a fruit fly in it so that means everyone who had sweet-and-sour that day had a little bit of fruit fly in their food! When I called to resolve the issue I was told that they increase their prices and that's how much it cost for what I got and then I had to call back again about the sweet and sour sauce having a fly in it and I was hung up on and then they stopped answering their phone called back next day was told I would get a refund but over a month later I have never...

The food here is good. My only complaint is tonight is the second time they've messed up my order. After the first time, I said to myself I would always check when picking it up but this time someone else picked it up for me as I was in Eldred, PA. The first time, i ended up driving all the way back to olean to pick up the right order but I just don't have the patience this time. I called to complain and try to figure out the mix-up and i ended up talking to 3 different people. All of whom spoke perfectly good English so I know it wasn't a language barrier issue. None of them offered a solution or even to make me the right dish. My family and I started ordering from China Wall after realizing it was better than Lakeview at one point. But now we will be ordering from Great Wall, which we haven't had yet, or even giving Lakeview...

The restaurant always looks clean and tidy when I come in. The owners and employees are actually Chinese, and speak varying degrees of English.
