St. Vincent de Paul Society — Local services in City of Olean

Prices are very decent for a thrift store but the staff I beyond rude every time I have ever walked in. Their hand written sign on door says they are open until 2:45. Walk in and I'm greeted with "you have 5 minutes." I check my time and confirm they close at the sign at the door and I say it's only 2:30... got about 15, and the woman goes NO this clock is correct. Yes ma'am my apologies your battery operated clock is correct, the world clock must be wrong. I don't know...

I love thrift stores and especially smaller local stores but St Vincent De Paul in Olean, NY has very poor business hours. Anyone working a day shift job can't really shop at and support this business and with no weekend hours it's impossible to shop here at all. Maybe extend your weekday hours or offer a few Saturday hours for more business and more revenue from customers who want to support you but...

The staff is beyond rude the woman behind the counter should be fired I'm sure there are a 100 people out there that would not only willing to be friendly and smile but also be way better at it than her . I'm going to speak to who ever it's is as many times as I have , to see that she is removed from her position from here. Ill even start a petition if I have to . Good prices tho need it open...
