Beekman Towers — Local services in City of Plattsburgh

Only reason I even come here is because I drop off my girls to see their Grandma. So far I had 3 times experienced bad hospitality there, and it's been the same problems all the time. My wife had it twice and had some lady that supposedly works the front desk get really nasty to her.

The main complaint is when we pull up, they have a turn about in front of the door. Granted you can't park there and we already know this. But some old lady becomes very nasty right off the back. We always wait in the car until my children's grandmother comes down. Otherwise we move out the way all the time when a vehicle comes behind us so that way they can drop off or pick up anyone that they need to. But it always seems to be us that this person comes and gets real nasty at us and I had to put her in her place twice already out of the three times she came at me and my wife put her in her place once out of the two times she went at her. Plus they don't fix right away the call box that is needed to call someone in their apartment, and it's been already months on in that they haven't fixed my children's grandmother's call box and she had put in several complaints about it and they still don't fix it.

There is so many times that other people that stay there park in the do not park zone where it is a fire hazard and no one complains about that there needs to be a change Within the place and someone who can handle good customer service and not leave it up to some old lady that is Grouchy 90% of the time. I hate coming here and I only go there because I have to drop off my children. Otherwise I would not give a damn about setting...

For every time that I've came here to pick up my children from their grandmother's apartment I always had an elderly lady give me trouble for stopping at the turnabout to wait for a couple of minutes till my children come out. I always tell her that they're coming down and I'll be leaving right away I understand to not block it for emergency purposes but there is no need to be rude about it on top of I'm sitting in my car with the car on waiting and I will be out as soon as my children come down. If there was an emergency vehicle flashing its lights coming up there or a vehicle that's coming in I always move out the way but she will always have a discussion with me and I've kindly told her to leave me alone and to mind her own business. So I give one star because of all the experiences I had coming there I hate stopping here to pick them up but I...

We attempted to deliver food here...Was extremely hot out...The lady was on the 10th food & was trying to remember her apartment number...Instead of receiving a little help to get this lady her food...We were screamed @ by a female resident...She said that we could not temporarily park in the front in order to deliver the women's food...We would have to park @ the end of street...Walk up & then back down...As I said it was extremely hot out & we were only trying to do our jobs &...
