Ma'ama Tee's provided catering for my daughters graduation party this year in July for 100 people. All of the dishes was cooked with love as you tell from the taste and the perfection on the presentation. We built the event menu based off her catering menu and dietary request for vegetarian and pescatarian needs; she was very flexible with providing choices to accomondate all guest. We had macaroni & cheese (a must!), pasta salad, fruit salad, fish tacos, shrimp poboys, beef bbq meatballs, vegetarian meatballs, cajun corn niblets, steak bites (my fav), chicken & waffle bites (also guest fav). We were told by all our guest the food was the best they ever had at a grad party and services was immaculant. We couldn't have had such a great party without Ms. Tee and her team as they catered not only good food with a smile but a great experience. I didn't have to worry about serving and clean-up as they took care of that also which is always concern when you are hosting a large party. She is booked and busy in the spring/summer so if need her for an event next year I would suggest you put in your time now and reach out to her as I did so she can block those dates. I just hosted a work/social lunch event and was looking for a locally owned caterer who could provide something different, delicious, healthy, and at a fair price. We got it all at Ma’ama Tee’s Cookin’ & Catering! Aretha was wonderful to work with: responsive, professional, courteous, and kind. She helped me plan a menu that would appeal to various tastes and dietary needs. We had the BBQ turkey meatloaf, white jasmine rice, and mixed vegetables, followed by a home-style banana pudding that had people asking for seconds! Our delivery arrived right on time, and William deftly helped us set up our trays to get us going. We were very pleased with the quality and quantity of the food provided.
