Lake Chinese Food — Restaurant in City of Rochester

I just got off the phone with one of the employees who was yelling at me because I called to complain about being overcharged. If the food had been good, maybe I could let it go, but if they think that's good customer service they better check themselves. What kind of business calls up a customer and yells at them!!!!!! Absolutely unacceptable. I have a reciept as I ordered online that says I owed $27.38. I gave the driver $30.00 and asked for $2 change. The total of $27.38 included a $4 tip and a $2 delivery charge. The driver tried to tell me that the restaurant charges him to deliver and that he was charging me. I'm sorry but this is stealing. If my receipt reflects a total that is what I owe. Plan and simple! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS RESTAURANT! Usually I don't complain but when I have just wasted $41 on horrible food I have a problem. Ordered sesame chicken & pork fried rice and the food was not fresh. It's currently 2:40pm and it seems as if this food had been cooked yesterday. Not to mention the sesame chicken tastes like they took the meat from yesterday warmed it up with the sauce on it and decided to add a little on top so I wouldn't notice. Trust me I know what it's like to heat Chinese food up the next day and that's exactly what my food is today. Ordered from them a few times in the past and the food was okay except for today's order and my last one which you can tell the chicken was cooked in old oil. I get we're all going through rough times right now but that $41 of food to go in the trash is not acceptable. I hope this place improves because I'll definitely never order again or refer...

I placed an order online through beyond menu because the first time I called the store directly to place the order the person who answered didn't understand what I was saying, so I figured it would be easier to place the order online so there was no language barrier. I placed the order at 8:03, & had not heard anything so I called at 8:50 to find out where our order was. I got told they could bring my order but they no longer had any steamed rice. I agreed & said that was fine. The driver didn't get here until 9:50. When he got here, 1 order was completely wrong so we called to ask for our money back. The lady said she didn't speak English & would have the driver call, in which case he got in an argument with my husband. He wanted to come verify the order, basically calling us liars. The food is good, but we will not be ordering...
