I actually just got my nose pierced here today. I had never been here before so I didn't know what to expect but from the moment I walked in, the entire establishment was immaculately clean, smelled good, and the owner, Tommy, greeted not only me, but every customer that walked in the door even when he was busy. He focused completely on the person in his chair getting a piercing or tattoo, yet somehow still took the time to give customers walking in a smile and provided an expected timeline for when he would be able to work with each customer. I have had my nose pierced several times so there was a lot of scar tissue to pierce through but Tommy was calmly explained exactly what he was doing for each step and put me at such ease. It honestly didn't hurt at all and barely bled (which has NOT been my experience at other businesses unfortunately lol). I have nothing but great things to say about my experience today at Timeless Tattoo & will definitely recommend it to everyone I know. Tommy was absolutely amazing!! I called last minute never have been there before and it was very spur of the moment and he got us right in about 15 minutes after we called. Greeted us with the biggest smile on his face so welcoming even tho he would be closing soon when some people just wanna get out of there at that time, but not Tommy not at all. So welcoming and so friendly and made me and my friend have the BEST experience when we were nervous to be trying somewhere we have never been before to get piercings feel so relaxed and comfortable to know that he knew what he was doing and very knowledgeable on all our million questions we had. He was so professional and kind. And I absolutely love my piercing and was quick made it as painless as possible as someone could for sticking a needle in your body. In May, I received an industrial piercing. Followed all directions for care and as someone who is employed in the medical field and occasionally perform wound care, so I have working knowledge and experience. I still received an infection, and learned through another location that the bar is too long, the lower part of the industrial is pierced through tissue, not the back in cartilage, and it's not sitting correctly hence apart of the consistent irritation (other reasons arise for this ofc as expected), and I developed a small keloid. Nice guy, kind of rushed it, and really could've done a better job with slight more attention to location of piercing and set up. Unfortunately lost my business due to the multiple reasons listed above and how there is technique and ways to avoid developing keloids and issues with the cartilage from happening.
