Tim Hortons — Restaurant in City of Rochester

They are ok. Some of the works there are very nice while others are meh. I don't go there as much. One day I ordered from them I would have sworn someone put a hit out on me and Tim Hortons choose to take the job. I had ordered a cheddar broccoli soup and a bag of chips. Simple right. WRONG! The first thing I noticed when I go home was the bread that come with the soup was unwrapped and tossed into the bag, and it was also weapons grade. Ok. The next thing I noticed... The cheddar broccoli soup I ordered was chicken noodle soup and it was cold. I was sick and was not driving back to the place so I just sucked it up and ate it. The souple was cold gross and the pees were hard as rocks. I nearly chocked on one. Nothing could fix this soup. It was my ideal of prison food. I couldn't eat it. The chips I ordered was no better. One bite of them and I could tell they had not changed their oils in what seemed like months. Pure poison is what they tasted like. As though someone took bug spray and coated each chip after frying it, like it was some sort of secret sauce. I could not eat any of it. I messaged Tim Hortons and told them how I felt. And though I was told a manager would get in contact with me I never received the call. So you hear me Tim Hortons. You tried to poison me and I survived to...

Worst service ever! I never do bad reviews, but they're going to get it today. Husband ordered two identical sandwiches at the drive through. The girl at the drive through had the worst attitude. When we paid for the meal we discovered she rang up one sandwich only. When my husband asked her politely to add the other sandwich to the order she argued with him that he only ordered one she stated she know what she heard and refused to add the other sandwich. I'm not upset that they got the order wrong. They almost ALWAYS get the orders wrong. I'm used to it. The fact that she refused to correct her error is unacceptable. My husband had to go into the restaurant and ask to have the sandwich made. When he went in he saw that they were about to prepare the vegetarian sandwich with the same gloves used to prepare one with pork. The place was filthy, poorly maintained, and there was a leak in the ceiling. And to top it off, after all that, when we opened the sandwiches we discovered... they got the order wrong. Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. They have no idea what they are doing and when I told the cashier that I think she over charged me she argued with me and then printed my receipt to show me she was right,I sat down and looked at the receipt and sure enough she charged me wrong for our food and on top of that charged me for 3 strawberry cheesecakes that I didn't order I go back up to have the cashier and she decided to argue with me again that it was right. Finally someone came over and helped get me my money for the over charge. Over all a horrible experience worst service ever took almost 25 mins for 2 bagles and 2 coffees, the staff was rude and doesn't have any customer service skills, and it took 4 tries to get what we wanted because they where out of everything it was 1pm on a weekend.
