Hometown Rent To Own — Local services in City of Salamanca

Don’t rent here. My friend had an air fryer than he was renting, it had some type of issue with it. He tried to have Hometown fix it but they refused pulling the “it worked when you had it” like.. okay.

Then my situation. We didn’t have the money to rent a bed set, and AC anymore. We have flies with fly traps in our kitchen. I killed a fly just before they got here, it summer so of course it’ll be some flies here and there. They claimed that ‘fly’ was a roach when they came to grab their belongings. I never had roaches so I was confused like okay.. They took the AC down to their truck before this, we were getting the bed set apart to give to them when they found this fly. They freaked out not like rude but was like ‘you have roaches we can’t take the bed’ but I was confused on how that is but I was like okay.. what about paying it. He said call the office to get a type of deal. 5 minutes later him and his coworker came up with the AC, confused we were asking what’s wrong. He said there were roaches inside it. Keep in mind he looked in it before they saw the fly. We took the AC in, they said same thing contact the office for a deal. Which we thought was dumb, we looked inside it ourselves. There was some dust, and that was it. We saw no roaches or anything inside it.

not let people go through the whole process then tell someone the won't rent to you. You'd think they would put people's info in the system before making them jump through hoops. then ask for people to call you back and they don't. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service.
