Worst experience ever at a Subway. We placed our order online. We also received a message that the order was being processed.
This was around noon on a friday so I understand it may have been a lunchtime rush.
After waiting the 39 minutes when the app stated the order would be ready we arrived at the location only to find the to-go orders shelves were empty.
There was a line of about 6 customers waiting for their subs and one of the two workers at least appeared to be trying.
We spent the next 30 minutes in line waiting to see where our order was. During this time I watched as they ran out of most condiments, cheeses and other items. Rather than having extra bins ready to go as most other Subway locations have, the worker that looked clearly like they didn't want to be there disappeared into the back to get more items.
This process took several minutes and each time only one item was brought back, leaving the other team member to struggle to keep up.
When we finally got to where we could place an order we explained that we had placed an order online. They had three orders for pickup on the board that were there when we walked in (but still had not been started) but ours wasn't one of them.
Despite us telling the employee which name the order was under, they insisted that they had our order but under another name (and different items - so no... Not our order)
After searching they still were unable to locate the recipe to even start our order so they made it fresh.
Overall, almost an hour wait to get an order for 2 meals that should have been ready when we got there.
The food was good but this location has some serious issues with systems, processes and how to handle anything more than 1-2...
Read moreI made a DoorDash pickup at 5:30, pickup was scheduled for 5:50. I showed up on time and when telling them i was there for the pickup, they looked at the receipt and i thought they were going to start it. I wasn’t going to make a huge fuss because things happen. They then proceeded to help the next 3 people over the course of 30 minutes while i stood there waiting. They didn't start my order until 6:15 and were just chit chatting and having no cares. I finally got my food around 6:20, and they just slid me the bag and stared at me..no apology, no “sorry for the delay”, no have a good day, nothing. His name was Nathan and unsure of the girls name as she had no name tag but she had a septum ring and i got nothing from either of them. The worst customer service, extremely incompetent, and completely unable to act professionally. If i could give a negative star, i would.
Updated: gave it another try and was impressed by a worker i believe he said his name is Annis if i heard correct, sorry if i misspelled, he greeted me upon entering, had a huge line and took care of business like a champ and was super professional. Ery apologetic about the wait but also had awesome communication. Now that was CUSTOMER SERVICE. Keep people like him and the amazing attitude he had. He made me change my review solely off his demeanor and positive attitude even in the midst of pressure. Again, good job man...

Fiancé thought it would be a fun trip down memory lane to try Subway after having not eaten there in years. Personally, I could have thought of many other places to go and waste money but we went.
Ordered a chicken chipotle sub, it was mediocre and dripping with sauce, the wrapping was completely saturated when we opened it. In addition, we saw an advertisement for different snacks… one of which was a chicken/cheese wrap with dipping sauce. I’ll attach the pictures, I’d love for someone to please tell me where the chicken is? If I wanted a plain wrap, I would have gone to the store and bought an entire pack for less money.
This is one establishment that definitely deserves to stay...
