Tim Hortons — Restaurant in City of Salamanca

Almost every time I stop during pm hours they get my order WAY wrong. For instance, last time I went thru the drive thru not feeling well, I was hurrying home from work to lay down but hadn't eaten anything, so wanted to grab a coulple egg & cheese biscuits to reheat later. I was torturously stuck in drive thru for 40 mins!w 3 cars in the lot! I Finally got my food, got home, passed out, woke up starving to 2 egg, sausage biscuits! I hate sausage & didnt order it! & the greese from the sausage made my buscuits unedible!my $10 order went in the garbage! I used to get excellent service here in the early am hours, orders were always right & I even got spoiled by the team going out of their way in service & friendliness. Last 4 times I stopped between 2-5 am after work, there's all new employees & I was told I couldnt have the orders I've been getting all along at those hours! No breakfast sandwiches til 5am, really? Since when??? They had everything freshly baked & out! Why bother being a 24 hour bakery? Thanks for sending me home hungry, disappointed & pissed off...again! I usually don't have any problems but last time I was there drive thu I was treated bad and charged more for my food .I ask for the 2 for 6 deal said it 3 times I got up to window and payed what I was told it come to then my friend said it should not be that much. I ask the girl what cost so much she told me what I was charged and I was charged the reg price for my breakfast sandwichs instead of the 2 for 6 I told lady it shouldn't be that and she said well that's what was wrung up and there's my food I'm good to go I said but you over charged me she said well you must not have told them it was 2 for I said I did at least 2 times .she said here you go shoving the bag at me and tells me to move ahead for next Costumer. She was very rude .I ended up leaving rather then getting out and going inside to speak with a manager. Even though I did say the deal that sounds wrong why would you have to tell them when that's what's on the board 2 for 6 .I will be going back to Burger King...

What a disappointment. Ordered the 2 breakfast sandwiches for $6 deal but requested they not include the egg on one of the sandwiches. We were told this was not possible. We tried to spell it out that they would be saving an egg by not including it on the sandwich, but the person taking our order insisted we had to remove it ourselves. What a waste. The sandwiches were incredibly unappetizing to look at and didn’t taste much better. Far cry from what they look like in the advertisement poster. The cherry cheesecake muffin was good. Coffee was typical. Worse was that an employee was interviewing job applicants at a nearby table, and the employee was speaking very loudly. This made us very uncomfortable hearing people’s personal information, such as their employment history, being discussed for all of us to hear in this tiny Tim’s. Very unprofessional set up.
