There is one woman in this store who I ABSOLUTELY lover. She's sweet, kind and goes out of her way to help you. The rest of the employees on the other hand?? They act as though they're out on the block chillin w/their girls, loud and rude to where they give you attitude if you( a customer ) interrupts them to ask a question. I was just in there on Saturday and 2 workers stood talking to each other for over 10 minutes while I waited for someone to stop long enough for me to jump in and ask for help. On top of that....it's hard to tell who works there and who doesnt. I mainly shop at the BSW in Albany, the hair quality is a lot better and customer service is on point. This place I only frequent if I can't get to Albany..... if it weren't for that one woman( i think her name is Alex)and convenience, i would never shop here. Oh yeah, as I mentioned briefly earlier.... the hair quality is terrible compared to other places I've shopped and they have the nerve to want 60--100 plus dollars for that mess! I could get a 20 - 40 Dollar wig at BSW with...

I have known the owner of this store for a very long time and I shop there, and I have never been disrespected by the workers or even the owner. I rate this store a 5 🌟 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Because it is one of the best beauty supply stores in Schenectady NY. As for the hackers that used my information to rate the store poorly, May God never forgive you, and if you ever try this again I will definitely report...

I just recently moved from PA and was searching for a beauty supply store.. Thank God i found Jaeda!! They have sooo much variety and the ladies were super nice. It is a little crowded on one side but you can't complain because of all of the selection!! Prices are good and their selection of human hair wigs was outstanding!! The wig I purchased was just put up on display and was the ONLY one they had. I found my NY beauty supply...
