Sicilian Pizza & Gyro — Restaurant in City of Schenectady

I’m honestly so annoyed. I ordered a pizza, wing and a 2L drink at approx 8:13pm. I called at 9:36pm to see where it was. I was told it was on its way. Fine, no problem. I call again at 10:07 and was immediately put on hold, just for them to say they will call when the driver gets back so they can figure out what happen. Okay... still no call, so I call at 10:26. They say that my food was purchased by someone else with cash and I paid with a card.... what idiot allows someone to purchase an order with cash if it was already paid for by card. Anyway, he goes on to say that the driver said that there were people sitting on my porch and that he knocked but there was no answer, so the person on the porch purchased the food and the driver went about his business.... there was no one on my porch, there was no knock at my door if I have been sitting here for 2+ hours waiting.... therefore, I can only assume they went to the wrong address. Long story short, this place is unorganized and the people working there are clueless. Never ordering again. I wouldn’t give a star at all if it...

I drove on my lunch break a 45min round trip to pick up two of their gyro entrees and when I got back to my work (after confirming on the phone when ordering and at the establishment that they had sauce on the side) they forgot to put in the tzatziki sauce. When I called in they refused to send someone to bring us the sauces they admitted to forgetting only offering us sauce next time or to drive BACK all the way (On my companies time) to pick up the sauce. The whole way back to work I was planning on coming in here and writing a great review telling people to try them out as they seem to have a great menu and service. But as soon as this happened and the guy on the phone refused to resolve this issue for me I will no longer patron this establishment. I am VERY disappointed. When you forget half of the ingredients you advertise and then refuse to make things right for your customer it is...

If I could give them less then one star I would. It was really terrible service. I placed an order for delivery on their website, and I didn't receive my order until 2 1/2 hours after I placed it. They didn't call, or warned me that they would be late, or anything like that. And when I did call them asking about the ETA of my order, they caught an attitude with me, saying that the driver would be there in 10 minutes. I waited to 10 minutes, and he still didn't show for another 45 minutes after that. I was really excited to eat at this place, because the food was so highly rated by my peers and my coworkers, but it was a very big disappointment. When I did receive my food it was extremely cold and my beef patty was horribly hard, and overcooked. I did not appreciate how they treated me there is there customer, and I don't see myself eating...
