We were looking for blinds/window treatments for several windows. We went to the store for ideas. Feeling a little overwhelmed, a designer was offered to come out to our house to provide suggestions. Judy came out and was fantastic and guided us through selections. She spent a lot of time with us on a Friday. We placed an order that night and paid over half down payment.

12 weeks later our Hunter Douglas blinds have been installed by 2 young men. They were both professional and did a great job. They explained the features and how to operate (remote and wi-fi).

My only negative comment is that I was required to pay the balance prior to the installation. I did not have any doubts there would be an issue, but in my experience that is not typical protocol when purchasing items that are installed. Windows, roof, construction...all require up front money to buy materials, but you pay the balance once the job is complete and to your satisfaction. I begrudgingly paid with my credit card knowing I could dispute it if necessary. Thankfully, there are no issues and we are very happy with the outcome and the quality of the products...

I went here for the first time today. I'm doing a project reupholstering an ottoman. I needed 100% silk and didn't want chain store schlock fabric. They had some really nice swatches which I may order later. They have a decent selection of fabrics and trims in stock but most of their stuff needs to be ordered and it takes around 10 days to come in. I only needed 1 yard of silk and it cost $74 but shipping was another $35. Clearly I'm not familiar with how the custom interior thing works and I didn't order it. I may, after I get some measurements to make some more things for the room (pillows) to make shipping worth it. Mary suggested that and it made sense. She was helpful. I did purchase some cord trim at about $6 per yard which was well worth it. I'm likely a VERY low sale compared to what they usually do but they were still pleasant and didn't make me feel dismissed or like I didn't belong there....

Well worth my time. I’m a crafter and love a good piece of fabric. Not only was I welcomed into the store before they actually opened, but the staff was so amazing to show me deals. The do a lot of home decor items and as a passerby understood I wasn’t going to be having my pillows or curtains redone. However, after spending some time in their store I wish I did live closer. They do gorgeous work and I’d love to have them make some curtains and re-cover some cushions for me.
