Citi Trends — Local services in City of Syracuse

I like this store but I will not be surprise if this store close down.When I say ghetto, I don’t know who does the hiring but I know it’s better people out there. Just because you work in a not so nice area doesn’t mean you need to act the part. When the manager use to work there about 10 yrs, ago she had that store organized, they had good customer service. The white lady Kim I guess her name was was following me and my 1yr old daughter, and my bestfriend around the whole store bt we ignored her because i figured she might be following me thinking I'm going to need some service. But and wen I left it was 4 police officers waiting for us at the door asking to check our bags even the one we just bought. They checked our recipe. After 5 minutes they didn't find anything. Prices are very good , love the clothing styles. Employees are unfriendly and they close the store it seems whatever time they feel like closing. I just pulled in the parking lot at 6:39 pm and as I was getting out of my car I could see the employee locking the door ! I love this store but that's the last time I will waste my time driving there . I'll shop elsewhere...
