Diamond Supermarket — Local services in City of Syracuse

When I bought a home near Diamond Market, I thought, "Well that will be convenient for last minute purchases." Instead, they became my friends, as happens with ALL of their regular customers! They have a surprisingly wide selection; All sorts of foods, plus pet food to paper products, cleaning supplies, all the chips, candies, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cigarettes and Smoking supplies, and NOT at rip-you-off prices! BEST OF ALL, ARE THE SUB SANDWICH DEALS! They haven't gone up in price since I moved here 4 years ago! For $7.99 you get a (generous) serving of your meat of choice: Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Salami etc, choice of 3-4 cheeses, then dress it up with your choice of lettuce, tomato, peppers, onions, pickles, etc + a drink and chips of your choice! NOW they are EXPANDING into hot food too, can't wait! AND, the nicest folks...

Okay, Diamond's is not a store for people who are boujee. Diamond's is a bit of a ghettolicious store. But its a great place. This is where you can go to get your cigarettes and beer or lotto. They also do cold subs. I always walk my happy go lucky butt down there for a large turkey sub. For 5 bucks you can have a sub, a bag of chips and a small can of soda. Like I'm all for it. They have upgraded to the point where even if it's in the hood I always stop in. The workers are great and keep you laughing so this is five stars to me. Even if it's not a high classed place its a diamond hidden in the hood....

I’ve been going to diamonds for about 5 years now . the employees are wonderful and provide the best customer service , they always make you feel comfortable and like you’re apart of the family . the subs here are also extremely good . hop , skip & jump over there to try them they are so yummy and the prices...
