Pizza is above average, would be better if more consistent, also a misunderstanding about a style crust I was served the first time. Tried to order again and was insisted it didn't exist... still baffled, hope to work thru these early relationship kinks. .... RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY... Well as we can agree I did recieve a free pizza the first night due to what was probably an error in my understanding and mixup regarding the crust type; I did not decide to just go elsewhere, to show my support (and that I wasn't just trying to get free food, my wife and I spend at minimum 1800^2400$ monthly on dining out. I ordered i believethe following night. This pizza was clearly missing toppings I had selected (as I've ordered THE SAME toppings on every otder) this remake was only made due to the order which was paid for being incorrect. The most recent 2 following visits (both within a few days of each other) were both paid for in full, along with a 10$ tip for walking the pizza 8ft from the door as I am wheelchair bound and had asked if thos could be done as a courtesy. There have been approx 5 or 6 pizzas made, 2 of which were not paid for, one was my misunderstanding and asked as a concerned customer if it could be rectified complimentary, as a courtesy , not rudely or demanding. The 2nd free one was due to it missing 3 toppings selected. I would expect any customer who got a 20+$ pizza made wrong to do the same. I look forward to hearing your response and i can show you reciepts and bank transactions to validate these facys as im sure you are just misremembering details after a busy week. Or your just very new in the customer service industry and dont recognize a potential loyal long term customer who has already brought attention to your business. I hope were dealing with the former...
Read morethis is a pretty bad order/place. I have been to thousands across the country and abroad and this one is top 10 of bad. the height of the bad wasnt even the food, it was the location refusing to refund my money for a mistake they made. I ordered reg wings and on receipt they put boneless, I/others hate boneless why would I order them. they offered only to make them again correctly or store credit. I said no way I already left and far away plus I wont be going back anyway because the food stinks. I asked the clerk why a customer should pay for a store mistake he replied that I was rude then hung up on me. I was happy to find a replacement for Uno's who left the area. I really wanted and hoped this place would fill the void for chicago pizza but fell short by a mile. crust is mushy/soft no flavor. sauce is just that, slathered on there too much is slides right off, supposed to be hot roasted tomato chunks that melt in your mouth, not all sauce, this one is. and a cheap sauce to boot. no crust flavor, cheese hard to find inside. very sad. got their thinner pizza too, everyone agreed it is exactly gas station pizza, soft mushy, dry, no sauce, no flavor. the brownie desert is a flat hockey puck just threw it away. and the steak sub, well lets just say it states like bland old cheap beef with a hard tasteless sub roll, shot that out too. I cant even rate this food a start, should be in the negative! advise to this company...stop putting money into fancy pizza boxes and put more into making the food at least edible because if everyone else got the same thing I did I dont know how you can stay in business...
Read moreThis is absolutely unacceptable service. I ordered this same exact pizza 2 days ago and I was highly satisfied with my first order so I decided to order it again, but I’m not sure what went wrong. It looks as though someone made a mistake and didn’t care to fix it.. and I simply asked for drizzled sauce. Also, not to mention that there’s like 8 pieces of chicken in a small section of the pie when the whole thing is supposed to be topped with chicken. I’m very disappointed with the fact that I called to let you guys know that this was unacceptable and that I couldn’t even eat it and the person on the phone Caleb said that there was nothing he can do because it was ordered through uber eats, I’m not sure if he said that because he just assumed I wanted my money back but either way uber eats didn’t make my pizza they only delivered it so this falls back on the restaurant… And I had a problem similar to where I ordered from a restaurant through uber eats and the restaurant made an error with my order and when I called they corrected it. So to tell me there’s nothing you can do when you’re at fault for my order is not very responsible of the restaurant. I also feel like he just rushed me off the phone and gave me a quick answer because they close at 10 and called nearly 10 minutes to closing when my order arrived. I just hope that whoever manages the restaurant takes a closer look into the staff that’s there when the manager is not and ensures that the food is not just being tossed around and being played with because that’s not fair to the...
