Nice Biscuit — Restaurant in Town of Salina

Delicious food and lovely service! I drove from Rochester to check out Nice Biscuit and it was totally worth the trip. I got a bunch of sandwiches to bring home. So far I’ve tried the Buck and the Wrangler. Both are excellent! The Berry Me, Brew was so delicious. It had just the right amount of sweetness and berry flavor. I was lucky enough to snag a sweet bun (mixed berry cream cheese), and it was one of the best baked treats I’ve had since going vegan.

The person at the window who helped me was so pleasant and kind. I wish I’d gotten her name to give her a shoutout here.

Thank you, Nice Biscuit, for the great food and service. ❤️ And thank you for being so nice when I tried to walk inside instead of going to the window. My excitement disrupted my ability to read signs and follow directions. 😅

Let me tell you -- I was here with friends for RetroCon and the ENTIRE WEEKEND we ate NOTHING, but Nice Biscuit for breakfast each dang day. When I say you can take these biscuits to the SOUTH and they'd ask for seconds -- that's how amazing their quality/portion size is. Rarely do I mess with people's biscuits n' gravy -- this place? NAILED IT. (I can see why they sell the biscuits alone.) A lot of vegan places give you cutesy versions of things and I thought these wouldn't be filling -- Goodness, was I wrong (and so, so GLAD for it). I could eat one of these in the AM and be full until dinner -- EASY.

The only negative to this place is that it will RUIN YOU for breakfast sandwiches if you don't live in their delivery radius. No other vegan breakfast sandwich comes CLOSE. Well done (but also - I kinda hate...

Finally got to try this place a few weeks ago. This was the best experience for so many reasons. I found out I was allergic to chicken 8 years ago. For 8 years I have been deprived of the Whataburger honey butter chicken biscuit (moved here from Texas a year ago, but this was a staple in Texas). The Chicky Biscuit from here was so similar to the honey butter chicken biscuit that I swear I almost cried. I want to hug whoever figured out how to make tofu legitimately taste and have the texture of real chicken. Have you ever tried other plant based chicken alternatives? It’s disgusting. Not true here. Please partner with someone like Trader Joe’s to get this in stores. I would forever keep it stocked in my kitchen. The cold brew was also great.
