Wish I could leave 0 stars here. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to the phone store on Oswego street. Much cheaper and actualy professional.

Just bought a phone charger from here 5 days ago and it is already broken without reason. The only thing it could have been was product tampering. Took my phone over there 3 times to get fixed? All 3 times were horrible. They couldn't identify a bad battery THAT THEY THEMSELVES GAVE US ON THE SECOND TIME WE WERE THERE. They said that the phone needed to be charged to check the camera and other stuff when all that was needed was an outer screen replacement (and battery change unbeknownst to me). The one lady that "helped" me had an attitude while also having a body gesture that clearly said that she didn't want to be there or be working/dealing with customers.

The other times I was there, it was about the same with a few differences in who helped me. The thing is that if my phone needs to be repaired more than once for the same thing on top of the fact that call audio suddenly stops working? The phone is being tampered with so that I will have to pay more money to have the phone repaired.

I have to get a new phone now which I will be buying from a direct source that is not any of the phone stores in the Hannaford Plaza as they are ran by the same people that own Global Communications. It is ridiculous that you can't actually help your consumers instead of trying to get more...
