Rainbow Shops — Local services in City of Utica

Do not buy in the store. I selected a few items to buy, and asked where is the fitting room. I was told that there is no fitting room, I need to buy the items, try it on at home, and can return up to one week. They seemed pretty confident when they told me this, so I went ahead and bought everything I wanted. I came the next day to return/exchange two items. The lady at the register said that since one of my items are a sale item, I cannot return it. I told her that it did not state that it was a sale item nor on the receipt or on the price tag. She then said that the sales lady who sold me the item was supposed to tell me, I told her that she didn’t. How was I supposed to know that there are no returns?? She then said that since it was a bodysuit, it couldn’t be returned. Again, no one told me and it wasn’t stated anywhere.

Such liars.

I asked her if she can just give me a store credit, she refused.

I was lied to, the store is unsynchronized unorganized and I do not recommend...

This store is just really crazy I was just recently there I don't make a habit of a shop in there cuz I don't like the items that they sell a little hoochie mama clothes what they sell letting the suburbs to their little girls and the store smells like mildew and dust and their customer service there is rude it's not worth the money take your money...
