No1 Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Utica

Yeah since new owners or new ppl I order food and they came with cockroaches in it vomit nasty didn't even bother calling and complaining about it because it was a priceless moment and a moment for life I'm sure they wouldn't even gave me my money back nor could you put a price on that experience I should just sue them But who has time for this stuff ugh over it like how do u not know your cooking bugs smh unless your blind I hope the city puts a stop to such behavior we r living in 2025 no excuses that should be a priority a huge fine close down like to run a business and dealing with food is highly recommended to top notch period Life to short to buy food that can cause problems or sickness or death priceless experience and the mark of the culture and food you offer is a bad reputation your giving to the community of your culture If your going to offer bugs in your menu You MUST add that to the menu Period Like the TikTok’s with rats being cooked by your culture and then bugs set a reputation in my eyes So I’m sure your feeding us rat to It doesn't cost that much money to remove cockroaches and rats and if you're going to sell food with cockroaches in it, you should at least tell customers that they do come with the food and also lower the price because it's not right for someone to pay over $50 for food and get cockroaches in it nasty priceless...

Made an order for delivery. My order was general gso chicken combo, bourbon chicken combo with lo mein noodles both combos had broccoli added for am extra $1 each. Then I got an order of fried pork wontons. First they never put broccoli in the bourbon chicken combo, the egg rolls where old as well as the wonton. The wonton seemed as if they were just reheated and old. Then while eating my hushed finds a bone in his chicken. Disappointed in that because had he took a bite with the bone in it he could've broke a tooth or choked on it. I never usually have any issues with this restaurant they're usually very good, but this time a little disappointing. Although there were a couple of issues with the order, no1. Chinese made it right with me and I am satisfied with their customer service. Very polite and glad they made it right! I will definitely be ordering from them again real soon! Thank you...

Very rude service; I called to place an order as a long time customer of almost 10 years, and the worker spoke very rudely when I asked a couple questions. When I got there they recognized me and gave me a dirty look, and proceeded to mess up my order when I usually order the same thing every time. Came with barely any vegetables and terrible attitude. Will never be coming back here ever again. No; I am not a Karen or a Kevin and I know food service can be rough, but it was an eye opening experience for sure. Take my word for it and go...
